The Voices Project

This past Sunday my daughter & I had the opportunity to see The Voices Project at the Flynn Theater. It was a wonderful production about Vermont teens put on by Vermont teens. It touched upon some of the issues that teens face such as drugs & alcohol, teen pregnancy, bullying etc. It helped us to understand the lives of some teens that may not be making the best decisions for themselves. Unfortunately, this was the last production on the schedule. However, they have added one more which will be held at Johnson State College on Saturday October 15th. It is absolutely worth the trip.

As we departed the theater we noticed a school bus parked outside the Flynn. Kudos to BFA Fairfax for realizing the significance of this performance and providing a bus for their students to attend a production about understanding teen life in Vermont. I wish all Vermont teens could have been there.
