There was a segment last night on some Johnson State College Students digging up on the Boyden Farm in Cambridge.  Not sure that they have found a lot of treasures, but it sure looked like a tedious job requiring a lot of patience.  I think a group did some digging here in Fairfax where the Recreation Park is, but I don't think that the Indians were as popular around here as they were up around Lake Champlain.  I haven't read anything about any Indians in any of our Fairfax History writings.

Anyhow, if you happen to see some people digging holes on the Boyden Farm, you will know what it is.  Sure hope we don't get any heavy rain as that area is just a bit prone to flooding.  Below is an article from The Burlington Free Press:
