A few interesting items, one of them being The Steeple Market received notification from FEMA that they are no longer in the flood plain.

Up near the upper driveway, if you noticed some digging  at St. Luke's, they are digging under the Huntville Road for Betty Parker's new house.

Water has been shut off at The Lavallee House on Maple Street in preparation for the tearing down of the house.

The McNall Road /Route 104 commuter parking area has become a dumping ground and hangout. A letter will be sent to Randy Reed at VTrans requesting the State either maintain or close this area down to public.  I know one or two people have been using that as a commuter parking area, maybe a sign should be put up there notifying them if the state does plan to shut it down.  Don't know where commuters would park here in town otherwise.
