My Fairpoint E-Mail Is Down

I have Internet, but am unable to connect to my e-mail since around 6 p.m.  I just spoke with Fairpoint and they have given me an estimate of 7:45 to be back up.  Apparently Fairpoint E-Mail is down for everybody.

At 7:35 it was still off, so I checked your site.

This is cool, I see I only have to wait ten more minutes

and I didn't spend any time on hold with fairpoint.

I spoke with a guy named Matt who gave me the name of the responsible party's server, but with my hearing, I wouldn't dare even try to repeat it.  I have been trying to find a place on the Internet where you can get an update instead of calling the
1-800-240-5019 phone number.
