Excuse the language but.... BASTARDS!  shoudl be strong up.  I saw an documentary last night abotu the Jonestown flood.  A horrific event - houses washed away with people inside.  Fires inside caught houses on fire burnign the poeple alive and then caught other houses washed away on fire and thus the same fate of anyone alive in them.  when the waters receded, there was carnage and debris everywhere with dead bodies in it.  Though there were many tales of compassion and generosity and good will, there were also horrid acts of looting and descratign bodies by cuttignthem up to steal jewelery and the like.   Thus a decree was mad ethat anyoen caught looting or stealign from the debris should be shot on site without warning.  Indeed, those who were caught were - some were hung first and while they were choking THEN shot multiple times......

Maybe Such low-life theivery should be grotesquely punished ... might deter the low lifes.   To steal from someone riskign their life and families happiness to protect yours ...... that's pretty bad and sad.

Now - that wouldn't be as bad as the death penalty - though it WOULD mean certain death.  Wouldn't beon our conscious though.......
