SOUTH BURLINGTON — Ashley Mapes, daughter of Ronald and Jill Mapes of Fairfield, and Tyler Blouin, son of Andre and Deborah Blouin of St. Albans, were united in marriage Aug. 1.
Helene Biggie officiated at the ceremony at Sunset Ballroom, where a reception also was held.
Hilary VanBenthuysen was the maid of honor. The bridesmaids were Kristen Bonasera, Karen Culver and Sarah Luman. Isabella Bonasera was the flower girl.
Patrick Baker was the best man. The ushers were Christopher Gissel, Jason Luman, Anthony Mapes and Anthony Langevin.
The couple honeymooned in Negril, Jamaica.
Mrs. Blouin graduated from Bellows Free Academy Fairfax and University of Maryland. Her husband graduated from Bellows Free Academy St. Albans, University of Vermont, and Man/mount University.
The couple reside in Falls Church, Va.
