Lots Of Activity Across From The Town Garage

There were quite a few CVPS workers and trucks putting up some new poles and transformers for Bill Superneau's new development across from The Town Garage. They have one house pretty well all shell erected and the second one is coming right along. I saw the Well Drillers down at the first house they put up - Sure wish them luck. I think drilling for water would be the first thing I would do, just in case, as that is a pretty important thing. I know one of my neighbors drilled about 800 or so feet and got less than a gallon a minute, but they were pretty worried for a while. I guess with the reservoir they have enough water, but not a lot to spare.

I believe they will be building 5 houses in that development on The Fletcher Road - Must be the economy is improving.

Cathy told me in her note yesterday from the Zoning Office that it has been some time since they have had a planning meeting - I know that Skip and Cathy have cut back their hours considerably and I would expect that recording at the Town Office has reduced considerably also.
