Jerry A. Titus

Essex Junction - Jerry Alan Titus, 47 passed away at the Vermont Respite House on Friday April 30, 2010.  He was born in Burlington, VT on July 1, 1962 son of the late Thomas and Mavis (Pillsbury) Titus.  He had been employed as a computer technician.  Jerry looked forward to riding motorcycles, playing darts, watching NASCAR and trout fishing.  He was also a great fan of the Boston Red Sox.  He will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his son:  Thomas Titus of Essex Jct.;  The love of his life Michelle Martin of Colchester;  Three sisters:  Debra Choate and husband Robert of Belvidere;  Frankie Jo Titus of Essex Center;  Cynthia Brady and husband Michael of Fairfield;  Several aunts, uncles, nephews, a niece and cousins including special cousins Susan Barnes of Essex; and Jody Heffernan and husband Kevin of Essex;  His very special friend Robert Rich and  the mother of his son Maggie Titus.

Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday May 5, 2010 from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. at A. W. Rich Funeral Home – Fairfax Chapel.  A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday May 6, 2010 in the family lot at the Belvidere Center Cemetery, Route 109, Belvidere with the Reverend Jan Watt officiating.  Memorial contributions in Jerry’s memory may be made to Thomas’ Education care of Susan Barnes, 16 Orchard Terrace, Essex Jct., VT 05452.  Arrangements are by John D.
