Maple Street Covered Bridge Photos This Morning

I know Mike Cain took some photos, but is having some problems with his photo program, so stopped down this morning and took some photos.  Looks like minimal damage:

I, being a woman, would have enough sense to know I could not drive my tour bus through the bridge. I went down and saw the bus, while not a real large one, large enough so I would not try to drive it through.  What can I say.

It's too bad that the board that was broken off wasn't on the other side of the bridge in the spot where my name was carved for eternity !!!

Now Dick, why would you want your name removed.  You were the one good thing about BFA.  Wished you were here now for my Grandbabies.

I didn't object to my name being associated with some of Fairfax's most outstanding features.....it was the nouns or verbs that followed or completed the phrase that made  me less then enthusiastic about seeing it in public !!  I don't know if you remember the BFP photo years ago of the Covered Bridge after a snowstorm , and there,  clearly etched for all of its readers to see was that phrase.....and as John Shedd said in his early morning phone call at that time , he knew that I was famous, but just not for that !!!

Did anyone check the drivers "papers"?
