Has anyone been having problems with Dish Network they just lost a bunch of channels including FX witch is the only channel I really watch.  Now they are saying I have to pay $300 to cancel there service.

Wow, $300 to cancel?  Sounds like a load of bs to me.

FOX and Dish Network are having a pissing contest. FOX wants a huge rate increase for FX and some of their regional sports networks, but Dish is not willing to pay them. FOX has pulled these stations for now. Dish wanted to keep them on the air while they are negotiating, but FOX pulled the plug. So now they will squabble, and eventually they will work things out. Always do.
In the mean time, DISH has added a couple of movie channels and such to make up for the loss.
Hang in there for now. They will work it out.

The kid moved to TX recently and wanted me to send him episodes of that biker show off of FX.
They lost it there too.

Two WORDs,,,,

Well three words.

Pirate Bay and Utorrent.

I do not condone or suggest that type of thing, though.
I just refer to it.

The channels have been back for a few weeks now; thank goodness! Rich would go online to watch his Sons of Anarchy (aka the biker show Mike)
