A burglar broke into a home on Poor Farm Road in Milton shortly before 3 a.m. Tuesday and stole a purse off a kitchen counter, according to a statement released by Milton police.
A woman living at the residence told police she was awakened by a crashing sound and, when she went to the kitchen, found that the kitchen door had been forced open and that her purse was missing, police said.
