My perspective,  these guys operate legal scams.   A very similiar story was run by a local news station here in Tampa.   The story run here centered about an undercover reporter,  with a concealed camara.  In all cases,  the Gold Buyers, offerred pennies on the dollar !!!

I agree, it seems like their ad is misleading, making one think it might be "The Antiques Roadshow", which is a fun and informative event.
