Henry,

I believe you are asking if the Costco hot dogs are Hebrew National or not. I remember reading in my Costco members magazine

that they used to be Sinai Kosher, but now they have their own Kirkland (Costco) brand. I believe it was to keep the costs of the hot dog down as well as to have better control over the ingredients. According to the article the beef is at least as good a quality as before and they removed the corn syrup, some of the flavorizing ingredients, and removed some salt.

Overall, the Costco hot dog is still one of the best values around (even without the included soda).
