Thanks Josh, I do not know their names and I have lived here for almost 9 years. I am not one to confront trouble so I have not approached them except for once.  When we first moved here a couple of them whizzed by and I asked them to not ride out front our house because it upset Connie (80 yr old Mother-in-law) and said they appreciated me asking them but over the years they have had no regard for the words "peace and quiet". I have been told that the police can't do anything unless they almost run into them and catch them. I just like to vent my frustration and I know there really isn't a darn thing anyone can do at this point because it has been going on for many years and probably many generations. Again, thank you.
