My grandson has been working on a Senior Project - He is very good in Math and calculated all the things necessary not only to make this boat float, but also to carry a pretty hefty load.  Fortunately he lives down in Bellows Falls, as I don't think he would have wanted to launch it up here in these swift waters yesterday.  This is a facebook link, so don't know if everybody can link to it.
