I just found out today from a friend that the old Buyer's Digest building is going to be Genesis Fitness.

I saw the prices were $38 - $48 based on length of membership you signed up for. At first I thought it was a bit expensive look what else is included in the membership.

"Professional, knowledgeable personal training staff will be on site at all times to answer questions, provide guidance and support. This may include fitness assessment, personalized training plans and follow up. Our staff specializes in making the process enjoyable and helping members see continued success. Our goal is to educate on the fundamentals of healthy living; covering basic topics such as proper weight lifting technique and reading nutrition labels, to more advanced topics such as overcoming plateaus and effectively managing specific health concerns. Information will be shared through various methods but always in a casual atmosphere where members will be able to relate experiences, vent frustrations and gain support. Our team will strive to form trusting relationships with members by building rapport, helping them reach their goals and sharing successes. Our hope is that members will begin to look forward to their workouts and time at Genesis Fitness as well as gain a sense of community and satisfaction in the victories of others."They also have monthly seminars on various topics that will be free for members to attend.I have been challenged with the hours I work to find a good gym close by so I can do everything I need to in a day. This looks like my answer has finally shown up!
So as of June 1st, I have a new plan in place!
