DONALD R. LAFLEUR

FLETCHER - Donald R. LaFleur, 64, died Wednesday, July 27, 2011, surrounded by his loving family, at Fletcher Allen Health Care in Burlington. Don was born on Nov. 23, 1946, in Jeffersonville, the son of Richard and Earlene (Bevins) LaFleur. Donald proudly served his country in the U.S. Marine Corp. during the Vietnam War. He was predeceased by his brothers-in-law, Wayne Dextraze in 2005, and Joe Carrassi in 2009. Don's family gives special thanks to everyone for their concern, care and compassion extended to Don during his lengthy illness. It was greatly appreciated. At Don's request, there will be no visiting hours. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, Aug. 4, 2011, at 10 a.m. in the Fairfax Plains Cemetery in Fairfax.
