When you first get on the Fletcher Road after the church, before heading up the hill towards fletcher, there
is a note on the side of the road stuck on a garbage can?? or something, but I can't read what it says.. it's
in front of the condos.  Does anyone know what it says?

It says, Thief,  Shame!  ...then (a paraphrase) something about stealing from the cars of hard working blue collar families.....I hope  the thief reads it!
I think at the very top it has the speed limit, 30 MPH.

I believe the sign is referring to someone stealing stuff out of cars.  It was reported to me the other day that right in daylight down at The Steeple Market someone had left their purse & cell phone in their car, but locked their car taking their wallet with them in the store.  They were only gone for a few minutes and when they came out a young man in his 20s was standing at the car with his hand on the door handle and when they saw the owner coming over took off for their car and took off.  The owner of the car that appeared to have the young man trying to get into did not get the license plate number or try to get any closer to the car to do so as they noticed three other young men in the car.  They told me they had seen that car before around town and will be keeping their eyes open for it.

Good idea to lock you car when you go in any of the stores down town, or anyplace for that matter.  If something had been stolen the person said they would have contacted Pierre to see if they could see the car in the video cameras, but luckily nothing was stolen.
