Do you have a few hours a day, a week, a month?  Can you help your neighbor?  The Fairfax/Fletcher  Meals on Wheels is in great need of drivers who will bring both food and a smile to seniors who cannot get out or get their own meals. 
You can create your own schedule of delivery.  The rewards are priceless. 
Please call volunteer coordinator Sharon Randa at 849 2739 to volunteer your time.  You will be glad you did!
