Was watching television last night when I heard the Fairfax Fire & Rescue teams toned out for an overturned vehicle.  The dispatcher said it was on its side and the occupant was outside of the vehicle.  Couldn't understand which road in town it happened on, but apparently a 16 year old female was the driver and did not sound to be seriously injured.  Did not appear to be a big deal and I had my computer turned off for the night, but in case you heard Fairfax Fire & Rescue out, that would most likely have been the reason.
