On Dec. 1 the Messenger reported that Father Daniel Lokanga, who coordinated efforts to fill a storage container with items meant as humanitarian aid for his home country, Democratic Republic of Congo, may have been the victim of alleged fraud.

I have to wonder what the donators are thinking. I know the Dickenson Dental practice in St. Albans donated equipment to this cause. It's interesting to me that no one is weighing in on Fr. Lokanga's behalf, of course, the paper probably didn't look any up.
