So what is the scoop!!  Intersection of 104/128 always has been a scene of numerous accidents - Any changes occurring there??  I believe it belongs to The Union Bank Now.

Union Bank owns it, or I should say owned it, since it's a pile of cinder blocks.

Last conversation with the bank was about a park area, but that was about a year ago.

I asked for a statement today, when they get it to me, I'll put it up here.
