MARJORIE L. EBARE

April 10, 1948 - June 28, 2012


GREENSBORO — Marjorie L. Ebare of Greensboro passed away unexpectedly on June 28, 2012.

She was born April 10, 1948, in St. Albans, to her father, Jack Ebare and mother, Naomi Ebare.

Marjorie’s greatest joys in life were spending time with her children, her grandchildren, her great­grandchildren, and going to yard sales.

She is survived by her four children, Carol Gamble of Morrisville, Melissa Gamble of North Hyde Park, James Gamble of Fairfax, and Maria Gamble of Waterbury; and her six grandchildren, Tanya Hammel, David Pray, Jessica Gamble, Ashley Towne, Skylar Gamble and Jasmine Towne. She is also survived by her mother, Naomi “Nana“ Ebare; six sisters and a brother, Loyce, Maddie, Evie, Ceclia, Loretta, Naomi, and John. She also leaves behind several nieces, nephews, great­grandchildren, and close friends.

Marjorie is predeceased by her father, Jack “Papa“ Ebare; sister, Virginia “Ginny“ Fitzgerald; and son, John Roy Gamble.

A memorial for family and friends will be held on July 14, 2012, at Border Motel, Derby. For more information, please contact Melissa Gamble.

Arrangements are in care of Stephen C. Gregory & Son, Cremation Services, Shelburne.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent in c/o James Gamble, P.O.

Box 1284, Williston, VT 05495; or given at memorial service to help with costs.
