Sybil M. ToofEssex Jct. - Mrs. Sybil M. Toof, age 77, died Monday, July 2, 2012, at Fletcher Allen Healthcare, after a lengthy illness. She was born in Franklin, VT, May 14, 1935, daughter of the late Melvin and Doris (Powell) Geno. She attended Franklin High School, and Burlington Business College. March 2, 1957, she married William Toof. Mrs. Toof worked many years for the Central Vermont Railway as a Stenographer.
She is survived by her husband William, 3 sons Shawn Toof and his wife Shannon of Grand Isle, Kevin Toof and his wife Tracee of Fairfax, and Kyle Toof and his wife Lori of Fletcher, 4 grandchildren, and a sister Charlotte Trombley of Lake Sunapee, NH. She was predeceased by her parents and a brother Melvin Geno.
