RICHFORD – Robert “Bobby” Tatro, age 55, passed away Thursday, August 23, 2012 at his home in Richford surrounded by his loving family.

He was born October 2, 1956 in St. Albans the son of the late Leonard & Betty (Fontaine) Tatro.

Bobby spent most of his life in Richford and loved the outdoors. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, sugaring and spending time with family and friends. Bobby and his wife Sheila were married on September 18, 1975. They enjoyed taking their grandchildren on annual camping trips. He was looking forward to the arrival of 2 more grandchildren in the near future.

He is survived by his wife, Sheila Tatro of Richford; his 2 children, Robert Tatro Jr. and his significant other Holly Lafar of Fairfield and Sonia Tatro of Richford; his 2 grandchildren, Courtney & Dylan Tatro of Fairfield; his siblings, Edward & Marion Tatro of Lake George, NY, David & Dorothy Tatro of Berkshire, Maurice & Disa Tatro of Fairfax, Loren & Wanda Tatro of Fairfax, Ricky & Carol Tatro of St. Albans, Jeff & Jill (Noyes) Tatro of Richford, Brian & Wendy Tatro of Berkshire, Steve & Michelle Tatro of Richford and Lisa & Scott Baker of Montgomery Center; his father-in-law, Carmen Mayhew of Richford; brothers-in-law, Charles & Debbie Mayhew of Berkshire and Joe Donna of Johnson; sister-in-law, Sonja Tatro of Killeen, TX; his best friend, Tim Broe and his wife Patty of Sheldon and several nieces & nephews. Besides his parents, Bobby was predeceased by his sister, Deborah Donna; his brother, Leonard and his mother-in-law, Mary Jane Mayhew.

A Memorial Service will be held Monday, August 27, 2012 at 7:00 PM at the Spears Funeral Home, 96 Dickinson Ave., Enosburg Falls, VT 05450 with Rev. Karl Hahr officiating.

A time of visitation will be held at the funeral home from 5:00 PM until the hour of the funeral.

Thank you Mr. Raymond. It is a very difficult time for everyone. He never stopped his fight and shall be deeply missed.
