Brookie G. ClapperGeorgia - Mr. Brookie G. Clapper, age 64, died unexpectedly at his home, Tuesday, September 11, 2012. He was born December 3, 1947, in Springfield, VT, son of the late Sherman and Laura (Rounds) Clapper. June 14, 1969, he married Betty Richard. Brookie worked in maintenance for the Fonda Container Corporation for over 30 years. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and woodworking. He especially loved and enjoyed time with his family, thriving for doing something special for a family member every day.
Brookie is survived by his wife Betty, his daughter Tina Bean and her husband Kevin of St. Albans, his son Clark Clapper of Georgia, his 6 grandchildren, Devin and Kaiden Bean, Kelsey and Jack Clain, Dustin and Ryan Clapper, his brother Arvin Clapper and his wife Judy, and his sisters Shirley Delaura, and Sally Theike and her husband Don. Brookie was predeceased by his grandson Kyle David Bean and his brother Bradley Goodnow.
