I know there are several threads on this forum about Comcast, but since they are a few years old, I figured I would start another thread.

Does anyone know if Comcast plans on expanding service down Fletcher Road (if they even have service on Fletcher Road)?  You would think with all the new houses going up, they would want to expand their services.

Does anyone know where service ends?

I have comcast and I'm at Shepardson Hollow, I've heard it ends right about there.

It ends right there on Fletcher Road, you are correct.  For 3 years I have made an annual call.... no luck unless I want to pay for their capital expense to run the cable a 1/4 mile down the road...

Skippy- what was that distance?  I was quoted either $28k or $58k (can't remember) several years ago to go a little over a mile to my house.

I'm off Woodward Rd. if my memory is correct it was just a bit over 3 miles

When I moved 3 years ago, I was quoted ONLY $45,000 for 2 miles...  I love how the letter they sent me said ONLY.  Yup, let me just write you a check for that, but you can't cash it for another 100 years!
