Hi Henry!
Just wondering!  How come there's been nothing written in the Fairfax News (or any news) about the accident on 104A that happened at about 12:30-1:00, last Sunday the 23?!  It looked like the car had been heading west and didn't make it around that tight curve, it crossed the center line and down over into the trees. The car's front end was hugged around a tree by the looks when it was on the trailer and it obviously had two people in the front.  Just wondering! Thanks!

I don't have much to offer info-wise but I think the accident may have happened closer to 11:00am.  I went through around 11:30 and there was a state trooper at the corner below the hill where the B&B is now.  I was headed west towards Georgia and couldn't see the vehicle off the road - just the trooper.

you don't go reaching into a haystack for a needle if you know there's a whole lotta needles in there

closest I have is:

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 9/25/12 at approximately 1600hr Vermont State Troopers where monitoring traffic on Interstate 89 in the Town of Georgia. While monitoring traffic Troopers observed a tan VW Jetta traveling in excess of 100 MPH. Troopers were able to catch up to the Jetta on RT 7 by the Mobil station. The Jetta failed to stop for the Troopers and continued south on RT 7. The Jetta finally stopped just into the Town of Milton. The Operator of vehicle was identified as Paul Turcotte of Swanton.

Turcotte was  charged with Attempting to Elude and Excessive Speed. Turcotte was also issued a ticket for speed.

I'll keep poking around.........

I sent the question to the St. Albans State Police.

I went by them on my way home from work in St. Albans.  I was wondering why there was 2 state police vehicles pulling over 1 car.
