Dave's Outstanding Meatloaf At Today's Senior Luncheon

Lots of Kudos go to Dave down at Steeple Market for the outstanding meatloaf, gravy, mashed potatoes, brocolli, tossed salad, rolls and apple crisp. There was quite a bit of meatloaf left, but a number of seniors bought some to take home. Stopped by and told Pierre down at The Steeple Market how good everything was. Pierre in his own humble way did not take credit for it and said that Dave, his chef was responsible for it. Asked Dave if the take and bake meatloaf would have the gravy like we had and he told me that they did not put gravy on the take and bake, however he would give me the recipe for it. The recipe, Mushroom Soup with a little Sherry.

Bought some to bring up to my sister "Tee" and if she likes it, will buy one of the Take & Bakes and share with her.
