Fairfax Rescue
P.o. Box 428
Fairfax, Vermont 05454
802-849-2773

Dear community partner, For 33 years, your Fairfax Rescue Squad has directly served the most critical needs of our community by providing pre-hospital care and transportatidn for anyone with a medical emergency or need in the towns of Fairfax, Fletcher, and Westford and the surrounding area. Now the 28 volunteers who seek to provide the highest quality emergency medical care possible are simply asking the business members of our community in the best position to serve our needs most directly to please consider 'a direct donation of cash or any of the following items:

•   Office furniture (desks, chairs, whiteboard)
•   Computers, monitors, printers
•   Home furnishings (couches, end tables, lamps, twin beds, night stands)
•   Kitchen appliances (stove, refrigerator, over the stove microwave)
•   Home appliances (washer, dryer)
•   Technology (TV, DVD, stereo)
•   "Smart" board
•   Exercise equipment
•   Vacuum cleaner
•   Pressure washer

The Fairfax Rescue Squad was recently able to dramatically increase our ability to serve our local town communities with the construction of our newly-built, 4,000 square foot dedicated space for our 28 volunteers and two ambulances. For many years, Fairfax Rescue has shared space with the Fairfax Fire Department. this space has become overcrowded due to growth, forcing both the Fire Department and Rescue Squad to each
house one vehicle outdoors. Now that we have a space to call our own, we can do a better job of providing the best emergency care possible, meeting tlie needs of both our community and of the volunteers that make our Rescue Squall possible. This is where you come in! Please consider donating today.

Your generous donation of any of the items on the list above will allow us to realize the dream of operating the highest quality Rescue program for our towns. All in-kind donations of furniture, equipment, or supplies are fully tax-deductible, as Fairfax Rescue Squad is a SOl(c)3 designated non-profit, charitable service organization. We're also happy to publicly recognize any gift you can make on our web site, in the Fairfax News and on the dedicating plaque for the building. More importantly though, you'd be making a direct and positive impact on the health and safety of your community by helping one its most critical support organizations, Fairfax Rescue, deliver on its mission of serving our town with the highest quality pre-hospital emergency medical care.

Those who wish to donate may call us Monday through Thursday 8 AM to 6 PM at 802-849-2773. Alternately you may write us at Fairfax Rescue, PO Box 428 Fairfax, VT 05454, or email usatfxrsq(cV.myfairpoint.net. We will keep an updated list of donations made on our website at www.fairfaxrescue.org.

From all of the volunteers and officers of Fairfax Rescue, we offer you our full gratitude and thanks for any and all donations you can make to our cause.

Most sincerely,

Daniel Vanslette
President, Fairfax Rescue

That's great!  The more donations the less $$ that will need to be spent on furnishings.
