Mighty Gusty Winds

Just got 3 really gusty winds up here on the Fletcher Road.  Fairfax weather station reports over 40MPH

I need to get something to measure the wind out back of the house.  The wind has been roaring for hours and the gusts will take your breathe away...

only 2 of the 4 pinwheels are turning i wonder why?

I found some shingles in my yard this morning. After a quick inspection, I realized they aren't mine. Now I have to find out which neighbor is going to have a bad afternoon.

I noticed that too, Rod.  I wish I understood why they are turning sometimes, and sometimes not, and why SOME are turning and others not.  I have watched intermittently and cannot discern a pattern....anybody know??

Must be BED has enough generation a McNeil Generating Station & does not want to pay the premium price for "Green" energy.

Ed, I past you on 104A when you were heading to Fairfax and I was heading to Georgia.  I was thinking, I wonder if he noticed only two were going   They we moving a good speed too.

I have wondered the same thing Rev. Elizabeth about when they are all on or only a couple. Something I have to say I look at everyday at least twice a day now

i wondered who that was that waved...... i stopped and looked closer ,i saw a rope hanging from one of the blades .i think they are working on the 2 of them still ,you know 8 million doesnt buy you alot now a days
