The condos on East Road across from Minors Store sold for $210,000 while the condos up near Gilbert Paquins place off the Fletcher Road on Pleasant Woods Road, one sold for $189,000. Houses in different areas in town sold for between $264,000 and $320,000 while the little house on School Street on the right as you go up the hill to BFA sold for $88,000.[/b]
