Two Break-Ins On Cherrierville Road

2 break ins and 1 attempt on Cherrierville road!! Deadbolt doors busted in completely! Attempt was think scared off by dog inside! Morning hrs before 2pm and no car tracks foot prints! Please keep eye out for ur neighbors!!!

I don't know if they're related, but I got a vague description of a dark truck with possibly a back rack or wood rack cruising slowly down private roads where they had no business going.  There might be multiple people involved.  It also looks like these guys are pulling the old trick where they knock on the front door "looking for a lost dog", and then kick down or shoulder open the door when nobody answers.  I've also heard of similar break-ins in Cambridge and Jeff.  They seem to strike in the daylight after 7:30am.   

If you have anyone knock on the door with a similar story, please try to get their license plates, and report it to the State Police in addition to the Franklin County Sheriff...I don't know how much information the two departments are sharing.
