NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. — Brenda Y.
(Richell) Aubin, 56, died peacefully at home after a long illness on May 2, 2013.

She leaves her husband of 33 years, William E. Aubin Jr.; her beautiful children, Erica Aubin of Boston and William E. Aubin III of Northborough, Mass.; her mother, Gisele Duguay of Northborough, Mass.; her twin sister, Diane and husband, Ernest Flanders of Fairfax; two nephews, Justin and Nicholas; three nieces, Lindsay, Haley and Alice; as well as aunts, uncles and cousins.

Brenda was born in Kingston, N.Y., and raised in Burlington, daughter of the late Frederick A. Richell. She graduated from Burlington High School in 1975 and from the University of Vermont with a B.S. degree in Psychology. Brenda later went on to earn her Master’s in Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey.

Brenda was a devoted Mom who also loved her two dogs, Snickers and Cloe. She enjoyed being with friends and Jazzercising, cared deeply about animal rights and was a vegetarian for many years.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, May 8, 2013 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Hays Funeral Home, 56 Main St., Northborough, Mass. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family. To share a memory or to leave a condolence for the family, please visit: www.haysfuneralhome.com.
