Milton - Ginny Phillips, 63, died Tuesday May 28, 2013 at the Fletcher Allen Health Care in Burlington with her family by her side. Ginny was born in Morrisville on March 16, 1950, the daughter of Laura (Rumney) Davis. She was employed by IBM for over 26 years, retiring in . Ginny married Gene Phillips on May 9, 1981 in So. Burlington. In addition to Gene, she is survived by her children Mike-Ann Young and her husband Greg of Grand Isle, Kristin Rabtoy and her husband Lance of Fairfax and Patrick Phillips and his wife Aubree of Colchester, by her grandchildren Logan, Jordan, Zachary, Brayden and Avery. She is also survived by her sisters and brother Gale Holden of Burlington, VT, Brian Spicer of PA, Carol Ray of Woodbury, VT, Diane McArthur of FL and Margaret Davis of N.C. and by several nieces and nephews. For those who wish, memorials in Ginny's name may be either the Eleanor B. Daniels Fund, c/o Division of Gynecologic Oncology, FAHC, 111 Colchester Ave, Smith 403, Burlington, VT 05401 or to the Milton Rescue, 43 Bombardier Road, Milton, VT 05468. Burial services will be held in the family lot in the Middlesex Cemetery on Friday, May 31, 2013 at 1pm. There will be no visiting hours.

I went to school with Ginny, she was a wonderful person and I am so sorry to hear this news. Blessings to her family.
