The library is undertaking the writing of a new Strategic Plan which will guide our focus and growth in the next 3 - 5 years. You may have filled out an initial survey around town meeting time this year, which helped us to select several service areas that are most important to Fairfax residents. We have since formed a committee of community members, trustees, and the librarian. The committee is conducting a second, more detailed survey, and reaching out the broader community in other ways, to find out what we are doing well, and what you want from your library in the future.
