Zoning Applications Using Proposed Amended Zoning Bylaws

On June 12, 2007 the Fairfax Selectboard posted public notice for a hearing on July 2, 2007, at 7PM in the BFA Fairfax Library, to consider the proposed amendments to the Zoning Bylaws and Subdivision Regulations.  According to Vermont State Statute, for 150 days commencing on June 12, 2007, all zoning applications will be considered under the proposed amended Zoning Bylaws and Subdivision Regulations.  Copies are available in the Town Office.  Questions may be addressed to the Zoning Office (849-6111 extension 604).
