I saw the lights on the horizon; blue, then red, then blue again, rising and falling.  Thought it was a transformer.  My husband, on the way to Craftsbury said there are lots of tree limbs on the road on 104 toward Johnson, and Cambridge and Jeff have no power.  The roads aren't bad, though in some places he said there was deep puddles of standing water.

Update: he's coming back; there is power only in downtown Johnson and Morrisville; power lines down everywhere; branches, trees down everywhere,making roads almost impassible. 15 isn't bad; 104 from 15 to Fairfax is in bad shape. But there are crews out working....
