On behalf of Brooke Webb, Dean and Kim Williams, Dale Webb and her entire family we would like to extend a heartfelt thank you for this town we grew up in and the people who live in it. It has been a very humbling experience to accept the many gifts that we have received. We not only received gifts but a tremendous outpouring of emotional support throughout the duration of the tough experience we endured these past 3 months. Our Fairfax and Fletcher friends were with us and hung tough even while we were in NC! Anytime of day or night we had someone to talk to if needed as some of you know only so well. Your prayers gave us strength and were read over and over. We were then blessed with a miracle and all of your prayers were answered! It was the bond of these towns and families and friends, prayer chains from all over that could possibly make this happen! Forever we will remember, never forget, and will always be there for you. Upon homecoming in the frigid weather, not only did family and friends help us drive home, unload, and unpack but food poured in and didn't stop for weeks to follow. We felt so loved and blessed and continue to do so. We received cash gifts from the Free Masons of Fairfax, presented by Danny Gross, a cash gift from St. Albans hospital (Rehab center), presented by Casey Webb, and a cash gift from Ashley Rae Smith from a Silpada jewelry and a T-shirt fundraiser. We also received 2 extraordinary gifts, one from the Tucker family, Lorri, Richard, Sarah and Joey, their helpers Stacey Wells, Brenna Keefe, Sara Daniels Villeneuve, Heather Weeks and Casey Webb, who sold bracelets in honor of Brooke and presented us with a cash gift of over $1000.00. Minutes after the Tucker family left Chris Ryan and Jordon Boucher (Logan's best friend and board member) representing the Logan J. Newell Foundation presented us with gift cards for food and gas for $1500.00. Words cannot express the emotions felt then or now! We as a family thank everyone from the bottom of our souls who prayed, called, wrote, sent gifts, posted on facebook, bought a bracelet, t-shirt or jewelry or sat in on a committee that decided to donate to Brooke. The money will be used wisely and has already helped us tremendously. We thank you the people and for Fairfax and Fletcher for setting the example of how special it is to be raised in a small town. Small towns never forget you, they always forgive you, they look after you and pray for you! And most of all even if you wander away you are always welcome HOME and for that we love you! All of you!
