From what I understand the owner of the former Vt Food Ventures wants to rebuild in the same footprint.  Info was in the July 20, selectboard minutes.

couldn't either find them or figure out how to find them. I did go to the town site and click on 'select board minutes.'

My personal feeling is that the owner will build back on that corner if the Sel. Board does not give him what he wants.  Blackmail?  It seems to me the State could step in because of the corner and no parking.  Just my opinion.

In reference to this subject their is a lot to it; with town permits, state permits, access to the property, parking, set backs, water allocations. lots to discuss, lots of things to file, lots more to this. . . .
