Henry Paul Roy Montoy
March 11, 1971 - October 9, 2015 Fairfax - Henry Paul Roy Montoy, 44, died unexpectedly on Friday, October 9, 2015 in Richmond, VT. Paul was born on March 11, 1971, in El Centro, CA, the son of Henry Paul and Linda Jean (Gray) Montoy. He graduated from Sonora High School in CA and enlisted in the U.S. Navy, serving as a Navy Corpsman. Paul was presently self-employed as a subcontractor in flooring installation. He is survived by his longtime partner Kathleen Bradley and their daughter Madeleine Jean, of Fairfax, by his sister Tessa Santor and husband Kyle Santor and their three children Kayne, Korina, and Kalinda Santor, all of Milton, and his close friend Larry Dodlin of Shelburne. Paul was a kind, generous and fun-loving person who loved his daughter dearly, taking her on long walks and encouraging her love of nature and the outdoors. He loved boxing, snowboarding, surfing, music and movies, and was an extremely hard-working and interesting person. He was much loved and will be greatly missed by everyone. A Memorial Service will be held at the Cornerstone Community Church in Milton on Saturday, October 24, 2015 at 2:00pm.
