Interstate is shut down with 2 3 car accidents. Those who are already on the interstate have begun to slightly move.

Please seek alternate routes this morning.

UPDATE:  I89 SOUTHBOUND HAS RE-OPENED BOTH LANES BY EXIT 16.  TRAFFIC IS MOVING NORMALLY
