Maple Street?
What is Gabe Handy doing on Maple Street?
I don't think there's enough room to do anything on Maple Street.

Can anyone elaborate????

According to my property transfer records, Gabe & Diane Handy purchased a couple of houses on Maple Street in 2003:

John and Eileen Bigelow sold a single family dwelling at 7 Maple Street to Gabriel and Diane Handy on October 23, 2003 for $155,000

Thomas G. Lavallee and Rose M. Brown sold a single family dwelling located at 15 Maple Street to Gabriel and Diane Handy on February 20, 2003 for $72,000

OK, so the people who live there now, are just renting.
Wouldn't they already be hooked up to the sewer??
Or are they planning to tear down and put up some big apartment building?
Hmmmmmmmm...................................
I'll keep an eye on this.

Hi Mike,
The lady who's name was Bea would have been Bea Cherrier.  That house has now been torn down and a new one built.

7 Maple Street can become a duplex in the future.
A well needs to be drilled.

That was Bea Cherrier's old house. It was torn down and a new one put up, basically in back of where that one sat.
