Last  week  when the roads  were  so  bad,  there was a lot of informal  discussion in the  halls at the  legislature about  the number of people who slid off the roads.  

How can many accidents be be prevented?  By  slowing  down!  When driving  please  take the weather conditions into account and slow down when the  roads are slippery.  And  always wear your seat  belt.
