In addition, the old George Montague house located on the corner of Summitview and Main Street is up for sale for $230,000

The Art & Barb Norton house on Maple street is up for sale for $198,000

Jim Swain's house, the Lemoine/Rose Finch house is up for sale for $129,000.

Also on the Fletcher Road, across from Joe & Cecille Rainville's place, the Larry Grenia house is up for sale, but I have not seen it advertised anywhere.
