The Vermont State Primary Elections are on September 9, 2008.  The Polls at BFA Fairfax will be open from 7 AM to 7 PM.

Because it is a State Primary, voters do not have to declare a party when checking in.  They must choose 1 ballot to vote and discard the other 3 unused ballots.  Civil Board members will be available to answer any questions you might have.

You can check the sample ballots below.

I see a lot of Chris Santee signs up all over Fairfax. There are a few in Fletcher too.

What good are they in Fletcher? That's not in the district. Franklin-1 is Fairfax/Georgia.
How many signs do you see in Georgia?

First off, thanks to all my supporters.

"Santee for House" lawn signs were distributed at my party August 30th and are appearing in Fairfax, Georgia, Fletcher, Cambridge, St. Albans, Swanton, Winooski and we even have a request for one in Cocoa Beach (thanks, mom).
Some of these folks have mailing addresses outside of Fairfax and Georgia, but are registered Franklin-1 voters.

Others, outside of Franklin-1, support what I stand for:

Child Protection
Lower Taxes
Better Jobs

Still others outside Franklin-1 do not have lawn signs,
but still support what I stand for:

Douglas on Santee
"The people of Georgia and Fairfax
can count on Chris to fight for lower taxes,
good jobs and safer communities."
Governor Jim Douglas

Dubie on Santee
"I'm looking forward to working with Chris
in Montpelier, to help keep our children
safe and our state financially sound."
Lt. Governor Brian Dubie

And one guy in Alaska even had something nice to say.
(Thanks, Sarge)

But not all support me,
as some "Santee for House" signs
are finding their way into bushes around Hunt and Main Streets.
(If anyone is going to steal my signs,
please bring them home for fuel,
don't throw them in the bushes).

Most importantly though, signs are not votes.
Please, go to the polls on Tuesday, September 9th and check:
"Santee for House"
