I Lost My Respect For Manny

As an old Vermonter, sometimes we can be biased just a bit - During Manny's last days with the Red Sox and now his statements with the Dodgers, I have lost all respect for him.  You can't trust the guy:

Reporters pressed. Each time, Ramirez deftly pushed back, either with humor (“The price of gas is up and so is mine”) or with a subtle indication that he likely won’t be in a Dodgers uniform next spring.

“I want to thank the fans in L.A. for their support, it’s a great place to play,” he said. “Now I’m moving on. The sky’s the limit. Let’s see what happens.”
