Rita Magnan and Phyllis Soule check in a voter in mid afternoon. There was a line waiting when the polls opened at 7 a.m. and inside there were two pretty big rushes between 4 and 6 p.m. At no time, however, did voters have a long wait. Lots of workers made things run rather smoothly, although, with around 600 voters, the 1700 or so voters that came in to vote was somewhat less that predicted by the media.
