Drivers of two vehicles involved in an accident Saturday on the High Bridge Road (Route 104A) escaped without injury, said the Franklin County Sheriff's Office.

Police said the road was snow covered and extremely icy when the incident occurred at 6:35 p.m.

Police said Carl Rosenquist, 65, of Georgia was driving a 2002 Chevy Blazer that sustained front driver's side damage. A 1999 Pontiac Grand Am driven by Christopher Frerrick, 19, of Fairfax had extensive damage to the front and passenger and driver's side, said a sheriff's deputy.
