Presidents Day Sales - Will Anybody Be Buying

Usually, there are lots of Car Ads, but the only ones I have seen lately are Toyota, Honda and Ford.  Can't remember when I saw a GM or Chrysler one.   We only bought one car during the Presidents Day Sales and it was our 1978 white Volkswagen with red leather upholstery.  Truly a beautiful little car with a thin red stripe on the side.  Maryann drove that one to work for a few years, then one of the girls had it.  Ellsworth Morre was the salesman at Hungerfords back then and Ellsworth never gave deals, or at least to me he didn't.  The price was the price and that was it.  He would have never sold me a car, it it hadn't been a Volkswagen I was trying to buy.

I'll be watching for new cars with paper plates and if I see one, hopefully will have my camera with me, as that will be My picture of the day.  Keep your eyes open, Mike Cain.
